This beautiful, crisp, elegant logo design for Ellie McGowan, Makeup Artist, reflects Ellie’s passion for a natural, classic makeup finish and focus on good quality, natural products. The bespoke ‘e’ was intended to indicate a leaf or an eyelid but the client saw the tip of a brush.. et voilà! 🤩

Being the sole face of her brand, her name needed to take centre stage feeling approachable (lower case) and personal (focusing primarily on her first name). It might break some convention splitting her surname out, but rules are made to be broken, and this works.
