A modern serif font brings together clean lines and tradition to give a contemporary yet classic feel. The swash of the d delivers the Christmas star/magic atop the tree, which sits in a pot with similar proportions to the tree, giving weight to the fact it is potted, rather than a typical stand. The colour of the pot and type connect the two for further emphasis.
