Te Tuhi Arts & Arts Out East
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Te Tuhi, Arts Out East, Botany Town Centre and Ormiston Town Centre on a range of creative projects celebrating local artists, culture and community. From exhibition signage and large-scale window graphics to event campaigns and public art installations, I create visual identities and design that help bring these projects to life in public spaces.
Projects have included Dreamscape, a youth collage project displayed at Botany Town Centre, Tales of our Wāhine, celebrating ten remarkable East Auckland women, and exhibition signage for Liberty, a spectacular installation commemorating 130 years of women’s suffrage in New Zealand. I’ve also created vibrant campaign design for community events including Celebrating Culture, bringing together local groups, performances and workshops to celebrate East Auckland’s cultural diversity.
I love working on projects with a strong sense of place and purpose, creating engaging, accessible design that connects with the communities they’re made for.
